Later, Whiz and OB (cousins) moved to Atlanta to create more doors for opportunities that would lead to doing demos, studio writing sessions for other artist, performing until the whole group relocated, networking until management was needed caught the likes of “Ichiban Records” which led the group to do a single and promo tour with “Lil Jon and the Eastside boyz” , “DJ Smurf”, “MC Breed” all label mates at the time, to slowly fizzle out by lack of label support and marketing.
After, the group went their own way eventually to form other groups to further their love for music several independent deals and production offers were made but, to only being overlooked by the dominance of rap music and budget. The groups couldn’t get the support they needed to stand alone, rap still had the upper hand.
Eventually life had to settle in for maturity and growth this time. After years of experience when all said and done somethings never die if its in you to fulfill.
So, one day OB and Whiz decided to call each other to put the group together to record an album with fellow brother and producer “Jimmy Slam Jones” this time with them in control cross the board. Nes who didn’t hesitate to come aboard to make up “Retro Speq” who would solidify the final.
